I’m Ashley
When I was first starting to build my business, systems & automations weren’t optional for me. They were required for my success.
Every day I would wake up feeling like a bad business owner because things kept falling through the cracks.
As a neurodivergent business owner, even the most “normal” business tasks were daunting.
I would forget to send follow up emails after sales calls, which cost me thousands (and made me feel guilty as hell).
I could never sit down and be consistent with “Money Mondays” or keep manual spreadsheets up-to-date.
I was afraid to grow my group program because I didn’t feel like I could maintain my high standards of client experience as I grew.
I knew I needed to stop shaming myself and create centralized & automated systems that worked with my brain.
When I started to use Airtable,
My Life Changed.
I created a Call Hub where all of my calls automatically populate and I could send follow up emails right from Airtable without ever going into Gmail.
I made an automated Airtable Sales Hub where all of my sales automatically populate so I can look at my metrics whenever I want.
I set up a Group Program Hub & automated my onboarding, onboarding, & student engagement so I could trust everyone was taken care of.
Airtable saved my business.
My centralized & automated systems had my back when I couldn’t get out of bed. They were the only reason I could actually run my business. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the systems I was creating to just help me get by were the foundations I needed to truly help me scale.
Because I already had systems, I wasn’t afraid of going big during my group program launches because I knew that more clients didn’t mean more manual admin tasks being added to my plate.
Neurodivergent or not, there’s no way I could manually keep track of all my clients in my head as my business & client roster started to grow.
I’ve seen too many business friends hit a breaking point with their systems (or lack thereof) when their group programs started to get bigger.
Their spreadsheets worked OK for a while, but when their client load doubled, everything broke.
They didn’t focus on their systems because “it only takes a couple minutes” to send out a client contract manually or update a spreadsheet each week.
They couldn’t keep up with the workload that came with more students. They were swamped with manual admin tasks and felt more stressed out than ever.
Over the past three years, I’ve helped 100s of coaches move off of spreadsheets and into streamlined & automated Airtable systems.
Systems are the only reason I’ve been able to scale my group program & business on part-time hours, without sacrificing client experience or burning out.
